My "secret weapon" for exercise: get a dog that wants a walk at least once a day. I now walk about 1.5-2 miles almost every day, which I'm sure is a large part of why I haven't gained back all the weight I lost. (Going to the YMCA with my beloved spouse Helen a few times a week doesn't hurt, either.) And I've found that the trip planner at 511.org helps me to find out how long the bus wait is, which encourages me to walk whenever that wait is going to be 10 minutes or more. Keep up the great work -- your knees, ankles, and feet will thank you, as will your internals! ;-)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15106021866000658312noreply@blogger.com
