I cannot BELIEVE that the pictured outfit was one of the winners on last night's "Project Runway." WTF? What is with that shirt? Are those straps? On the bottom of that shirt? Are those supposed to wrap under her legs and turn into a dress? Or is she supposed to pull them over her shoulders for a double-layered monstrosity?Truly fug.
