I think this one is going to be fighting with The Life Aquatic as coolest movie of the year.
But it bugs me that people like Jude Law and Naomi Watts are showing up in more and more cool indie-type movies. I thought the rule was you had to be cool or pretty, not both.
I got to see a 'sneak peek' of this one nearly a year ago.. it had some flaws, to be sure but was quirky in a good way and had some most interesting aspects. plus lily tomlin knits in it with huge needles! sorry for the spoiler.
