VCR, TiVo, alarm clock alert! The original Meters are going to be on Letterman tonight (along with the Neville Brothers). I mention this because they are, first, awesome, and because the drummer, the legendary Zigaboo Modeliste, is a family friend, and how often can someone say a friend of theirs is going to be on the Letterman show?OK. I'm talking about people who DON'T live in Los Angeles.
Anyway, the two bands are in New York to partake in a big New Orleans benefit concert at Radio City. If you're in New York, go get those tickets now!
