No, It's Not a Trick
It's an illusion!
"Arrested Development" is now available online, for free and stuff.
Well, the first five episodes are. And you need to have Internet Explorer. And Windows Media Player. And Flash.
OK. Maybe it is a trick

Nope. Nothing to See There.
This is the time of day when I usually link to my weekly SFist post. I'm sorry to break it to everyone, but there won't be a post today. Work and school were making it tougher for me to get to it on Wednesdays, so it'll be appearing on Mondays instead. That way I can devote time to it over the weekend. So, just think of this week's post as not appearing until next Monday. Breathe deeply. Everything's going to be fine.Meanwhile, in honor of some recent conversations I've had about "Arrested Development," here's an interview with Jessica Walter, the actress who plays the family matriarch, Lucille. (Not to be confused with the Loose Seal that ate Buster's hand, or with Lucille 2, who is played by Liza Minnelli.)

Praises Be!!
Rumor has it Arrested Development is gonna be renewed!
This makes me so very happy. NOTHING brings the funny like this show. I just hope they run another marathon on F/X sometime soon so I can watch Buster hit himself in the head with that coconut attached to his hook one more time.

Get Arrested
Please. Everyone reading this--watch the Arrested Development finale this Sunday at 8:30pm on Fox. It is, by far, the FUNNIEST show on TV right now, and will therefore probably be cancelled. So watch it to boost their numbers and maybe help in its renewal, or just watch it because you might never see it again.
Except on DVD.
Except on DVD.

They Really WERE Setting Themselves on Fire!
Yeah, yeah. I know. That "Arrested Development" marathon I was trumpeting didn't happen last Saturday, and instead F/X aired a "Fear Factor" marathon. Well. Rumor has it it's gonna happen this Saturday.Unless F/X suddenly decides to air a marathon of Married By America instead.

"Everything they do is so dramatic and flamboyant. It just makes me want to set myself on fire."
Starting Saturday at noon, F/X will be running eight hours of Arrested Development. If you missed it last season, I highly recommend checking it out, as it was the funniest sitcom to hit the airwaves in many a year.
I really hope they air the episode where Buster freaks out because there's a bird in the house and it walked on his pillow. Good times.
