The Last Man on Earth (not to be confused with the Fox comedy of the same name, which was sadly cancelled on a cliffhanger, although I kind of totally forgot about that until writing this sentence), stars Vincent Price as, possibly, the last living person on an earth that has become overrun with vampires. It was the first of three adaptations of Richard Matheson's book I Am Legend, and remains the best (mainly because The Omega Man is pretty laughable at times and the Will Smith version is plagued by terrible CGI monsters).
